We have introduced Waiting Lists as a simple way of managing demand for some of our most popular products. This helps get you in line for the stuff you want and avoids checkout rushes when we make more stock available. Joining a waiting list does NOT commit you to buying and we do NOT require a deposit or any up-front payment, so you are free to change your mind or remove yourself from the list at any time.

How does it work?

When we have new stock available to order, we will contact the relevant number of people at the top of the list via email. If you are included in this group, we will send you a private checkout link to complete your purchase. If you decide to not to buy, then you are free to decline the invitation and we will move on to the next customer in line.

To join a waiting list, simply click on the 'JOIN WAITING LIST' button on the product page and enter your details. We will send you a confirmation email with your current position in the list. We will then contact you again as soon as it is your turn to place an order.

Your details have been submitted and you have been added to the ballot. We let you know if you have been successful as soon as possible after the ballot has been conducted.

Due to overwhelming demand, we are implementing a ballot system for some of our most popular products. We feel this is the fairest way to manage this demand as it avoids the stress of a checkout rush (which favours 'fastest finger first') and acts as an simpler alternative to our previously trialled Smart Queue system.

How does it work?

We will announce new ballots via our social media channels and by email to subscribers of our mailing list. You may enter the ballot at any time while it is open until the stated date, and choose the configuration of the product you are interested in purchasing (if applicable).

After the ballot window has closed, we will conduct the ballot itself - this will select a number of customers at random. The number of customers selected will change from ballot to ballot depending on the number of units we have available to purchase.

If you are one of these successful customers, you will be sent an email containing a private checkout link where you will be able to complete your purchase via our secure checkout system. You will have 24 hours to complete your purchase - if you do not checkout within this time, we will assume you no longer wish to buy and another customer will be randonly selected to take your place.

Once all stock has been allocated, we will notify everyone who entered the ballot of the outcome.
